COTS-IDEA committee


The College of the Sciences Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Antiracism (COTS-IDEA) Committee was formed in Fall 2020 with a charge from the COTS Dean to “focus their efforts on the following: increase opportunities for underrepresented populations to attend and succeed in the College of the Sciences, recommend and develop strategies for the recruitment and retention of a diversified faculty, staff and student body within the College of the Sciences, consider and recommend actions and programs that help support diversity related commitments by the college, provide a forum to which faculty, staff and students may refer questions and recommendations concerning diversity related policies, procedures and programming, advise, recommend and develop strategies for integrating diversity into the curriculum in the College of the Sciences, and review and evaluate programming in the College of the Sciences."
