The Central Washington University Noyce Master Teaching Fellowship Program (WA-STELLAR) offers financial and programmatic support to experienced and exemplary K-12 STEM teachers in high-need districts, who (1) have already received teacher certification or licensure, (2) possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree in education or a STEM discipline, and (3) participate in leadership training and as teacher leaders in the WA-STELLAR network. These selected individuals are referred to as Master Teaching Fellows (MTFs).
