Equipment Loan Process


To make an equipment request fill out the Equipment Request Form. Make sure to leave detailed information for your requests such as what equipment you are requesting and the quantity. If this is your first time requesting equipment or your information has changed since the last time you checked out equipment, please fill out the Equipment Checkout Membership Form. Requests received with a minimum of 48 hours' notice will be ready on the requested pick-up day.  We cannot guarantee items will be fully prepped (i.e. charged, batteries checked, etc.) with less than 48 hours' notice of the request. You will be contacted via email with any questions or notify you if we cannot fulfill your request. You will be notified when your request is ready and can pick your equipment up in Discovery Hall 301 on the table next to the front desk. Please email [email protected] with any questions about your request. 

Equipment checked out through the Teach STEM Equipment Loan Program is expected to be returned on time and in the same condition in which it was provided. Fees will be charged if the equipment is damaged, returned late, or not returned.  When returning equipment fill out the Equipment Return Form and place returned equipment on the table next to the front desk in Discovery 301.
