Permit Information

Faculty & Staff Permits
Staff parking permits allow you to park in both General parking lots or Staff parking lots, as well as Staff designated slots. They can be purchased for the quarter or calendar year. As a permanent staff member, you may request to pay through payroll deduction.
*Temporary staff employees may purchase a staff permit but are not eligible for payroll deduction.
**Student employees and graduate assistants working part-time or full-time at CWU are NOT eligible for staff permits.

Student Permits
Student parking permits allow you to park in General parking lots. They are not valid for Staff parking lots or designated Staff spaces. Student permits are available on a quarterly or calendar-year basis. All parking lots and parking stalls are clearly posted.

Motorcycle Permits
Motorcycle permits allow you to park your motorcycle or moped in spaces designated for motorcycles. If reserved motorcycle/moped parking spaces are not available, then an individual may park their motorcycle/moped in a vehicle parking space. Motorcycle permits are available on a quarterly or calendar-year basis.

Summer Permits
Summer permits for students allow parking in all General lots. Summer permits for staff allow parking in all General parking, staff parking lots, or staff-designated spaces on campus during the summer quarter, which is from the last day of Spring quarter through the first day of Fall quarter (June 23, 2025, through Sept. 24, 2025).

Daily permits
Daily permits allow you to park in the General parking lots (Valid for 1 vehicle on day of purchase only). They are not valid in the Staff parking lots.
The permit must be linked to the vehicle license plate in order to be valid.

Aquasize Permits
Aquasize permits allow you to park in the W-12 or Q-14 parking lots and are valid between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You are required to sign up for the program first before obtaining the permit. Aquasize permits can be purchased at the Parking Office after completing a Vehicle Registration Form.
