ASCWU Election Commission Responsibilities (partial)
- By order of the ASCWU-SG Constitution and By-laws, the Election Commission consists of up to five students with ASCWU advisor(s)
- The powers and duties of the Elections Commission shall be limited to those enumerated within the ASCWU-SG Constitution, By-Laws, and the Election Code
- Approve and provide forms for the election requirements
- Upon complaint or upon its own motion, investigate and report apparent violation of the codes or laws
- Confirm the winners of each position
- Be present and supervise debates and forums
