About the Financial Aid Office
The CWU Financial Aid Office on the Ellensburg Campus is located in Bouillon Hall, Room 106.
Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.. Drop by to have general financial aid questions answered. You can also turn in requested documents in person.
Phone calls: general questions 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. at 509-963-1611.
We receive a large volume of emails through the first few weeks of Fall Quarter. They will be answered in the order received. To expedite a response, include the full name and CWU student ID number on all inquiries.

What information do I need to book an appointment?
When you schedule a Bookings appointment, please include:
- Your full name
- Your CWU student ID number
- A detailed description of the financial aid issue or question
If you are not a current student, let us know.
If you are contacting Financial Aid on a student's behalf, include their name and ID number in the notes. Remember, the student will need to complete a release of information before CWU staff can discuss student records with a third party.
