Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment Forms

Generally, positions lasting more than six months that are at least 50% full-time are eligible for benefits. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the date of hire. Spouse or registered partner and dependent children are eligible for coverage.The majority of insurance premiums are covered by CWU. Employee premiums vary with plan choice and dependent coverage.

If you choose to waive medical coverage, you must log in to Benefits 24/7 to make your selection. Please note that dental and vision coverage, as well as retirement plan participation, cannot be waived. Direct questions to (509) 963-1202 or [email protected].
