Preparing Your SOURCE Project Registration

This page will help you prepare your Project Registration form (previously "Abstract Application") for SOURCE.

The information you submit in your Project Registration form will help us develop the program that will be published “as-is” in the SOURCE Proceedings and included in the Library of Congress. That means what you submit to OUR will be printed exactly as you typed it. Please ensure you carefully review your abstract and other registration materials with your mentor prior to submission so mistakes don’t get published!

Project Registration for SOURCE 2026 opens on March 1st and closes promptly at 11:59pm on April TBD. Review the information below and when you are ready, submit your project!

Many of the registration questions require specific formatting and/or have additional explanations to guide your response. Please read each question carefully before responding.

  • You must use the provided template for uploading your project abstract/artist statement/project description. Download this template here, or when you start the registration form!
